Description
Summary:The recent progress of the poloidal field control system of the HT-7 super-conducting Tokamak is presented. The distributed control system (DCS) was implemented on the poloidal field power supplies (PFPS) in 1998. The successful development of the new PFPS trigger system allowed the control cycle of the PF power supplies to reach 1–1.2 ms. The response speed of the control system was improved by ten times with reference to the former system. Secondly, based on software de-coupling of plasma equilibrium parameters, a multivariable feedback control scheme was implemented. Thirdly, the efficiency of HT-7 experiment operation was greatly improved by realizing the discharge experiment database of HT-7.
