Malignant glioma: its initial presentation as intracranial haemorrhage

Malignant glioma presenting as an intracerebral haematoma is very rare. Two patients having malignant gliomas, initially presenting as intraparenchymal haematomas, are discussed. One patient survived, but the other patient rapidly deteriorated and died.
