Summary:The investigations were directed at finding out the peculiarities of both periodontal microflora and local immunity under extreme conditions (spaceflight, saturation diving, antiorthostatic hypokinesia). The obtained results revealed different kinds of interactions amongst which saturation diving resulted in the most severe decrease of commensale microflora level, decrease of local immunity and appearance of periodontal pathogens.
