Summary:This study supports the findings of others that nursery school behavior patterns are significantly related to later school functioning. Recent clinical reports indicate that preschool behavior patterns can be modified with relative ease by teachers and parents. After an improvement in screening procedures, an attempt at early intervention appears warranted.
