Non-Effect of Hyaluronidase on the Spread of Œstrone

SINCE it is known that hyaluronidase increases the spread of certain substances in the skin of mammals by increasing the permeability of the dermis 1 , it appeared possible that this enzyme might affect the spread of œstrone where this can be shown to be localized in the dermis.
