Infrared and Raman spectroscopic investigations of xMnO (100− x)[As 2O 3 TeO 2] glass system
xMnO·(100− x)[As 2O 3·TeO 2] glass system, with 0≤ x≤50 mol %, was prepared and investigated by FT-IR and Raman spectroscopies in order to determine its structure and the changes induced by the increasing of MnO content. Summary: | xMnO·(100−
x)[As
2O
3·TeO
2] glass system, with 0≤
x≤50
mol %, was prepared and investigated by FT-IR and Raman spectroscopies in order to determine its structure and the changes induced by the increasing of MnO content.
The results offered by FT-IR and Raman spectroscopies suggest a structure formed by AsO
3, TeO
4 tbp and TeO
3 tp units. The presence of MnO
2 units was confirmed by FT-IR spectra only for high concentration of MnO. |
