Polycauliona maheui, the basionym of Rhizoplaca maheui comb. nov

The new combination and lectotypification of Rhizoplaca maheui is introduced for Polycauliona maheui. In addition, Rhizoplaca bullata is declared to be conspecific with Rhizoplaca maheui and is a heterotypic synonym of this last species.
