Detection of electrophore-labeled DNA and albumin by gas chromatography: labile amide electrophoric release tags

The detection of electrophore-labeled DNA and albumin, as model compounds, was demonstrated in a combined sample using gas chromatography. The technique allows different DNA probes to be combined for use to provide multiple hybridization assays simultaneously.
