Scintigraphic visualization of human malignant melanoma with N-isopropyl-P-[I-123] iodoamphetamine

Marked accumulation of I-123 IMP was noted in a patient with malignant melanoma. This preliminary finding suggests the potential role of I-123 IMP for detection and evaluation of the disease.
