Mammary Tumor Virus Antigen: Sensitive Immunoassay

A rapid, sensitive immunoassay for mammary tumor virus antigen based on inhibition of passive hemagglutination has been developed. The method permits measurement of this antigen in mouse milk from which the fat has been removed.
