Advanced Colorectal Adenocarcinoma: Treatment With Amonafide

A study in which 34 ambulatory patients with measurable, advanced colorectal adenocarcinoma were treated with amonafide is described in a letter to the editor. It was discovered that amonafide has insufficient antitumor activity to warrant further study in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
