Colonic-Cutaneous Fistula: Radionuclide Methylene Blue Enema Study
Radiologic diagnosis of enterocutaneous fistulae has been limited to opacification of the fistulous tract using a water soluble contrast material. The authors present a case of a post-traumatic colonic-cutaneous fistula, demonstrated by a radionuclide methylene blue enema study.
