Mutation of an mutL Homologue in a Navajo Family With Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer

Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) is the most common form of inherited colon cancer, and it may represent the most frequent hereditary cancer-prone disorder. Research into a Navajo family with this disease is discussed.
