New cyclopeptide alkaloids from Ziziphus lotus

Two new 14-membered frangulanine-type cyclopeptide alkaloids, lotusanines A [1] and B [2], have been isolated from the aerial parts of Ziziphus lotus, together with the known alkaloids sanjoinenine [3], sanjoinine F [4], and frangufoline [5].
