Summary:The case of a male preterm baby who had congenital miliary tuberculosis with multiple intestinal perforations is reported. The patient was successfully treated with antituberculosis chemotherapy and surgical repair along with other supportive therapy. This is one of the rarest cases of the type described here. Est signalé ici le cas d'un enfant né avant terme avec une tuberculose miliaire congénitale et de multiples perforations intestinales. Le malade a été soigné avec succès par chimiothérapie antituberculeuse et chirurgie parallèlement à d'autres traitements adjuvants. Il s'agit d'un des cas décrits de ce type les plus rares. Se informa sobre el caso de un bebé prematuro que presentaba una tuberculosis miliar congénita con multiples perforaciones intestinales. El paciente fue tratado con éxito con una quimioterapia antituberculosa y reparación quirúrgica junto con otras terapias adyuvantes. Se trata de uno de los casos más raros de este tipo descritos hasta aquí.
