Summary: | A 16-year-old boy migrated to the United States from Azerbaijan to obtain care for a chronic medical condition. He had been intermittently wheelchair-bound after several years of recurrent swelling and pain in the knees, ankles, and right elbow. One month before presentation, despite having no history of trauma, he developed pain in his right knee severe enough to prevent ambulation. The diagnosis was hemophilic pseudotumor of the medial condyle of the left femur together with hemophilic arthropathy of the right knee. |
