Striking Visualization of an A-V Dialysis Shunt on Bone Imaging
A 28-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus and a renal transplant in the left iliac fossa underwent radionuclide bone imaging because of hip and knee pain. Three-phase imaging demonstrated the striking appearance of an A-V dialysis shunt in the thigh.
