Traumatic retrolisthesis of the lumbosacral junction: a case report

Dislocation of the fifth lumbar vertebra and the sacrum is a rare injury. The case is presented to report a very rare traumatic retrolisthesis at the lumbosacral junction and its treatment by open reduction and internal fixation using transpedicular screws and spinal plates.
