Acute pancreatitis and preeclampsia-eclampsia: A case report
A case of preeclampsia-eclampsia leading to acute edematous pancreatitis is reported, probably related to microvascular abnormalities and splanchnic ischemia. Recovery was uneventful. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 1997;176:707-9.)
