Summary:The results of this study show that glycophosphopeptical (AM-3) has a marked immunostimulant effect in mice, in terms of an increase in the number of haemolytic plaque-forming B lymphocytes producing antibodies against sheep erythrocytes as compared with saline-treated controls. The results also demonstrate the activity of this drug when administered intraperitoneally.
