Summary:Chilaiditi's Syndrome is a condition in which the digestive tract interposes between the diaphragm and the liver. A routine Ga-67 scintigraphy in the evaluation of a patient with AIDS who had a fever and lymphadenopathy showed linear increased activity along the superior margin of the liver, which was caused by interposition of colon as seen on the chest radiography.
