Summary:WOMEN with end-stage chronic renal failure have low fertility. Following renal transplantation, the ovarian function returns to normal and pregnancy becomes possible. In our transplant center, over 1000 female patients have been transplanted, and 60 of them became pregnant. We report here the 45 pregnancies prolonged over 6 months and followed by the same medical group.
