Perineal Median Raphe Cyst

: Median raphe cysts occur as a developmental anomaly along the midline male perineum, A perineal median raphe cyst arising in a 3‐year‐old boy was successfully treated with primary excision. The possible origins and histologic features are briefly reviewed.
