description A 67‐year‐old Chinese physician was seen for an eruption on his right scrotum, of several months’ duration. He complained of mild intermittent pruritus, but denied pain or other symptoms. The patient had a past history of extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) involving the left side of his scrotum 12 years ago. The left scrotal lesion was excised en bloc. The histopathology confirmed that the margins were free of tumor. Periodic acid Schiff (PAS) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) stains were positive, consistent with the diagnosis of EMPD. An evaluation for underlying gastrointestinal and urogenital neoplasia was negative. He continues to have annual examinations, including colonoscopy and prostate‐specific antigen study, which have all been negative.
