Description
Summary:We report two patients with a distinctive bullous photodermatosis conforming to the previously described entity, 'juvenile spring eruption of the ears'. This is an unusual bullous photodermatosis, which develops over the light exposed areas of the ears, usually in the spring. Boys and young male adults are most commonly affected. Juvenile spring eruption receives scant attention in dermatological texts, and to our knowledge no cases have been reported in the English literature since 1954.
