Histopathological and ultrasound biomicroscopy findings in a case of irreversible mydriasis after keratoplasty in keratoconus

ABSTRACT This report describes the histopathological and ultrasound bio‐microscopy findings of a 35–year‐old woman with keratoconus who developed an irreversible mydriasis after keratoplasty.
