Summary:Congenital ectopic nails are quite unusual and characterized by development of nail‐like tissue on the tips of one or more fingers. We present the case of a boy with congenital ectopic nails on both little fingers. To prevent tapering of the fingertips following surgery, we used subcutaneous pedicle flaps and obtained a satisfactory cosmetic result.
