Description
Summary:In a patient with uveitis who had been treated with Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy after cataract surgery, several episodes of acute hypotonia occurred which were associated with changes in clinical tests of the eye and of visual function. Immunosuppressive and immunomodulating treatment appeared to reverse the changes in intraocular pressure and normalise the test results. The significance of these observations is discussed.
