A simple method of affinity chromatography for the purification of glucoamylase obtained from Aspergillus niger C

The purpose of this study is to describe a very simple affinity chromatography technique of glucoamylase (EC 3.2.1.3) purification from a filtrate of A. niger C culture. The results suggest an oligomeric structure of this enzyme, a glycoprotein of M sub(1) 50,000-100,000.
