Restriction fragment length polymorphism of DP genes defines three new DP alleles
Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) studies have been performed in this laboratory by testing the genomic DNA of eight HLA genotyped families selected because they showed a clear-cut segregation from DP1 to DP5 antigens.
