The Effects of Changes in Motivation on Alpha Enhancement

ABSTRACT The effect of varying monetary reinforcement on performance in an occipital alpha enhancement situation was examined. It was found that alpha output was increased with larger rewards but that the changes in performance were not linearly related to size of reward.
