Development of engineering requirements for unified software facilities for metrological purposes

We present a new approach to specification of requirements for software for metrological purposes; the basis for the approach is the GOST R/ISO/IEC 9126-93 standard. We present practical formulas and results of requirement specifications for simple characteristics.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
