Archigetes sieboldi (Cestoda: Caryophyllaeidae) in North America

Archigetes sieboldi, a neotenic caryophyllaeid cestode, is reported from North America. Gravid stages occur in oligochaete annelids and occasionally in fish. Results of experimental and natural history studies are presented.
