Isolation of Human DNA and its Demonstration by Electron Microscopy

MANY people have purified DNA by a variety of methods and measured its length by electron microscopy 1–4 . The DNA of bacteria and bacteriophage have been used frequently and salmon sperm and mammalian tissues have been used too.
