Summary: | Ultrafine powders of Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 cathode materials for lithium-ion secondary batteries were prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions. The final products were crystallised Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 with an average particle size of about 10 nm. |
