Summary: | Myopathy and muscular pseudohypertrophy associated with severe congenital hypothyroidism has been described as Kocher Debre Semelaigne syndrome, which is a rare disorder with only a few previously published reports. However, none of these reports have described the orofacial aspects of this syndrome.
