All rights reserved : Tuberculosis infection occurs relatively frequently in solid organ transplant recipients, although the occurrence of tuberculous hepatic abscesses is uncommon. Anti‐tuberculous therapy has several concerns in transplant recipients, including an increased risk of cellular rejection and potential hepatotoxicity. We present the case of a human immunodeficiency virus‐infected liver transplant patient who developed multiple tuberculous liver abscesses. Treatment with isoniazid, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, and moxifloxacin was efficacious, well tolerated, and safe.
