Complexes 2–4 are stable under an inert atmosphere, are soluble in common organic solvents, and have been characterized by elemental analysis and multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 29Si) NMR spectroscopy. Molecular structures of 2–4 have been determined by single crystal X-ray crystallographic studies and refined with nonspherical scattering factors.
