Summary:In the present paper nucleotide sequences of inner parts of class 1 integrons (natural vectors of cloning and expression of bacterial genes) were determined for the Acinetobacter strains isolated in the Russian medical centres. The similar compositions of inserted gene cassettes are known among the strains disseminated worldwide as minimum as 10 years. Promoter regions directed gene cassettes transcription appeared to be stable parts of integron sequences and mutational shift toward more strengthened type was not revealed.
