Digital reflection-type phase shifter based on a ferroelectric planar capacitor

Novel design of an integrated digital reflection-type phase shifter based on a Barium Strontium Titanate thin-film capacitor is presented. Measured characteristics of the phase shifter are compared with the theoretically predicted ones.
