Microstructure of cast ingots of Cu – V alloys after vacuum melting by different methods
The microstructure and microhardness of ingots from Cu – V and Cu – V – Fe alloys obtained by three melting methods, i.e., induction melting and electric arc melting with consumable and nonconsumable electrodes, are studied. The microstructures of the ingots are compared.
