Summary: | Last week the Department of Education issued new rules requiring colleges to provide training to students and employees on how to prevent sexual assault on campuses. This comes just a month after the White House announced the It's On Us campaign, which is supposed to inspire students and others to confront the long-hidden problem. I hope the federal government also begins taking responsibility to prevent the sexual assaults that occur at the five federal service academies, instead of continuing to hide them. |
