Washington, Sept. 17.—The Nolde & Horst Co., hosiery manufacturers of Reading, Pa., has been accorded permission by the Office of Price Administration to sell its shadow clock style No. 9900 women's full-fashioned rayon hosiery, at $8.25 a dozen, effective tomorrow.
