Summary:Wedewer, a senior vice president at the $533 million bank, is a 2016 selection for Outstanding Women in Banking honors. Returning to F&M Bank in 1999, she learned the ropes in a variety of roles, including maintaining records for the holding company, heading the marketing department for several years, and working on compliance issues in the lending department. Besides Manchester Enterprises, she also sat on a city committee which oversaw necessary upgrades and certification for the Manchester airport, which increased its appeal to commercial customers.
