Summary: | This Working Paper brings together evidence from four of the least developed countries - Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal and Rwanda - to show how countries can use climate finance to invest in inclusive low-carbon resilient development. The paper examines how new public-private investment models are delivering renewable energy investment to communities and households in rural areas, in an effort to generate evidence on the different financial intermediaries and financial instruments that promote inclusive investment for the poor. |
