Description
Summary:Internet is one medium where the English language is promoted and kept predominant worldwide. Users worldwide may learn English from the Internet as the language is used more often than others. However, several immigrant students in America are under bilingual programs that allow them limited English proficiency. This program alienates the immigrant students from the mainstream language of world commerce, English. Nevertheless, things associated with America and the Internet will help keep English alive.
