Description
Summary:The first part of a discussion among 7 health care executives on the subjects of managed care, governance, and how they relate to both is presented. What is making things more difficult for everybody is that a fully capitated environment has not been totally fulfilled. Managed care has grown very quickly in some markets and not so quickly in others. The challenge, then, is how CEOs - and their boards - get from one place to another.
