CHS settles fraud case to pave way for IPO

Rural hospital company Community Health Systems tried to make sure its house was in order with a major fraud settlement before it filed a registration last week with the SEC in preparation for an IPO. In doing so, however, the company irked another interested party, Health and Human Services.
