Panel members are Inge McNeese, regional manager for the Small Business Administration Export Finance Programs; Scott Goddin, director of the Portland U.S. Export Assistance Center; and Dana Shannon of the International Small Business Development Center, Portland Community College. Managing Risk: When to Walk Away, another panel discussion, will be held from 2 to 3:15 p.m. Lisa Williams, an outreach compliance technician for Multnomah County, will lead the panel. Other panel members are Roger Busse, chief credit officer for Pacific Continental Bank; Bryna Gibson, president of Gibson Door; and Andrea Marzette, risk manager for the Port of Portland.
