Summary: | The concept of "collective competence" is increasingly used in management and in Human Resources Management (HRM). This issue has been analyzed traditionally in the context of actors in front of each other within groups, teams of network. Nevertheless, work situations are increasingly mediated by information and communication technology. Today actors don't necessarily share the same agenda and location to work together. The objective of this research is to analyze specific situation characterized by high performance outputs produced by the coordination of several actors who can't communicate. |
